Chocolate Banana Cream Pie is a great company dessert that can be made ahead of time.
There are many variations of cream pies made with pudding mix and Cool Whip. Chocolate Banana Cream Pie is on of our favorites. This is a great recipe to play with:
- Use a graham cracker or chocolate crust
- Use chocolate, banana or vanilla pudding
- Top with chocolate or regular Cool Whip
- Add bananas or leave them out

1 prepared chocolate crust
2 medium bananas, sliced
2 1/2 cups milk
1 (5.9 oz) package chocolate instant pudding
8 oz. Cool Whip
Arrange banana slices on bottom of crust; set aside. (I only did half because one son didn’t want any in his.)
Mix milk and pudding mix with wire whisk until well blended.
Pour over bananas.
Cover with Cool Whip.
Refrigerate 3 hours or more.
