Freezer Crockpot Beef Tips and Gravy With the option of healthy, homemade ingredients

Freezer Crockpot Beef Tips and Gravy is great to have ready to go in the freezer to dump into the crock pot!

It is a great feeling to have Freezer Crockpot Beef Tips and Gravy ready to go in the freezer! It is truly a “dump and go” crock pot meal. Serve it over rice, egg noodles, mashed potatoes or as a lower carb option, just with a vegetable. It is delicious on its own.

Use Gluten Free Cream Soup Mix and Homemade Onion Soup Mix to make it gluten free and healthier.

Ingredients:

1½ pounds of beef stew meat

1 packet of Dry Onion Soup Mix or 4 Tbsp Homemade

1 can cream of mushroom soup or Gluten Free Homemade Cream Soup

1¾ cups of beef broth or 1 can

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Label gallon freezer Ziploc bag.

Put meat into bag.

Combine all other ingredients and pour over meat.

     

Using hands on the outside of the bag, gently cover the meat with liquid.

Freeze.

To Cook:

Thaw or at least mostly thaw.

Dump into greased crock pot, cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Serve over rice, egg noodles, mashed potatoes or alone.
