Premier Protein Chia Pudding is cool, creamy and less than 3 net carbs!

Premier Protein shakes are one of my very favorite snack, meal replacement of pick-me-up. They are delicious! My favorite way to drink them is after putting them in the freezer for about 20 minutes. They are slushy and so cold. Mmm, Mmmmm! Chocolate is my favorite flavor by far. Premier Protein Chia Pudding is a delicious breakfast, snack or even dessert. Chia seeds are so good for you. A tablespoon is 5 carbs but also 5 grams of fiber so 0 net carbs! Yay! The chocolate Premier shakes are 2 net carbs and Hershey’s cocoa powder is less than 1 per Tablespoon so this is a great, low carb pudding.

Ingredients:

1 Premier Protein Shake

1 tsp cocoa powder

3 Tbsp Chia seeds

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a bowl.

Stir together well.

Cover and let sit in refrigerator several hours or overnight.

Enjoy!

 

I get my Premier Protein shakes at Sam’s Club but they don’t have all of the flavors. Costco, Walmart and many other places carry them. Amazon has great variety pack deals.
