Freezer Crock Pot Beef Roast Just thaw and dump into the crock pot!

Just thaw and dump Freezer Crock Pot Beef Roast into your crock pot and dinner will be ready in a few hours!

Freezer Crock Pot Beef Roast is so nice to have in the freezer. One thing I like about it is that it is flexible. Often, I will make it when I have leftover side dishes to use. All I need then is a meat to finish the meal. Or there are plenty of simple sides to make with it. It is pictured with Roasted Parmesan Asparagus and also good with Simple Sauteed Squash, Garlic Butter Red Potatoes, Broccoli Cauliflower Cheesy Bake, Creamed Mushrooms, Creamy Spinach Cheese Bake, or Twice Baked Cauliflower Casserole.

Ingredients:

2 pounds beef roast

2 garlic cloves, sliced thin

3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

¼ cup soy sauce

2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp mustard

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions; to freeze:

Make small slits in the meat with a sharp knife and press the slices of garlic into the meat. Put them about in inch apart on all sides of the meat.

          

Put roast into labeled Ziploc bag.

Combine the rest of the ingredients and pour over roast.

     

Freeze.

 

To Cook:

Thaw or at least mostly thaw and cook in crock pot on high for 4-6 hours or low for 8-10 hours.
