Crock Pot Sausage Bean Supper Assemble--Freeze--Thaw--Dump in Crock Pot--Ready!

Crock Pot Sausage Bean Supper is simple to assemble, freeze, thaw and dump into the crock pot for an easy meal.

Crock Pot Sausage Bean Supper is one of our go-to meals. It is good with a side salad for a main dish or put into wrap with cheese and sour cream.

I love to have meals in the freezer that all I need to do it thaw and dump into the crock pot. This is one of them!

1 lb sausage, cooked and crumbled

1/3 cup chopped onion

1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

2 Tbsp mustard

15.5 oz can great northern beans, rinsed and drained

10 oz can diced tomatoes with green chilies

15.5 oz can light red kidney beans, rinsed and drained

15.5 oz can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained


To Freeze:

Cook your sausage if it is not already cooked.

Drain beans.

Put all ingredients in a labeled Ziploc bag.


Mix it together with your hands just on the outside of the bag so the beans are coated.

Freeze flat.

To cook:

Thaw or mostly thaw. It is perfectly fine if it is still a little slushy.

Dump in sprayed crock pot and cook on low for 4 hours.

Serve with shredded cheese and over rice if desired.
