Low Carb Garlic Cheese Biscuits are low carb, gluten free and delicious!
We love Low Carb Garlic Cheese Biscuits with seafood especially. I am sure that comes from enjoying them so much at Red Lobster, one of our favorite places to eat. It is nice to be able to enjoy them so easily at home and particularly nice that they are also low carb and gluten free.

This recipe is adapted from Kasey Trenum.
4 Tbsp butter, melted
¼ tsp salt
2 Tbsp heavy whipping cream
1/3 cup coconut flour
¼ tsp baking powder
1 tsp garlic powder
½ Tbsp Italian seasoning
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
Combine butter (cooled but melted), eggs, salt and cream.
Add flour, baking powder, garlic powder and Italian seasoning and stir until combined.
Add cheese and stir well.
Drop 12 spoonfuls of batter onto a greased baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated 400* oven for 15 minutes or until nicely browned.
