This amazing cornbread is easy to put together and so moist and flavorful!
I cut the recipe for this amazing cornbread from a magazine many years ago. It has been taped into my notebook recipe file and used many times. It is originally from a Del Monte advertisement and called Gold & White Cornbread. I never cared about getting white or gold corn for it but the recipe is wonderful.
Most cornbreads are great with butter but this one is so moist and flavorful that you don’t even need it. The chunks of real corn in it give a nice burst of sweet flavor.
It goes great with any soup or stew or all by itself.
