Blueberry Bread has basic ingredients, simple recipe and delicious results!
I made Blueberry Bread a few days ago and did not even need to “worry” about how to store it for later. It sat on the counter with the cutting board and knife and quickly disappeared. The idea was for it to cool but by the time it was cool, there was nothing to put away. I use fresh blueberries. You don’t want the batter to sit before baking because the berries will sink to the bottom. This in no way affects the taste of the final product so is not a problem, really.
