Crab Topped Fish

Crab Topped Fish is fancy enough for company but easy enough for any day.

Crab Topped Fish is pretty and delicious too. I got this recipe many years ago from Taste of Home (find it here) and have been asked to share it many times.   Make Crab Topped Fish with flounder, talipia, swai. Even salmon works well.  I always make rice and broccoli with it.  It is our very favorite way to eat fish.

Some great rice dishes to go with Crab Topped Fish are:

Chickeny Rice with Almonds and Cranberries

Indian Rice with Cashews and Raisins

Tex-Mex Rice Mix

Curried Rice

We also think it is great with Roasted Parmesan Asparagus or Simple Sauteed Squash, depending on the season.
