Creamed Mushrooms

Creamed Mushrooms are the perfect compliment to almost any meal!

We love mushrooms and we love anything creamed so we love Creamed Mushrooms!  This takes about 15 minutes to cook up; quick and easy and the perfect complement to almost any meat.  It really dresses up what could be a plain meal!  This is delicious especially with beef but also with chicken.  It is pictured with Crock Pot Beef Shanks, Butternut Squash and Beefy Brown Rice and Mushroom Mix.

I have recently started using my cast iron skillets regularly and I love them. They are non stick, easy to clean and are great to serve in because they retain the heat well. The Creamed Mushrooms stay nice and hot in the cast iron skillet. See how to clean them here.
