Crock Pot Beef Roast and Potatoes

Crock Pot Beef Roast and Potatoes is an easy and favorite meal.

Crock Pot Beef Roast and Potatoes is our favorite way to eat a beef roast and it is a bonus that it is easy and always good.  It is also great for company.  Just make a vegetable and you have a delicious meal.  This creamy spinach dish is wonderful with it.  It can also be made ahead and baked or put in another crock pot.  This meal makes even company coming home with you work because it will all be ready when you are.  Not everyone in my family likes the onion so I cut it in large pieces.  It is easier for them to avoid and for me to find. 🙂

We have used Adobo seasoning for years. It is good on almost anything!  We get ours at Walmart or Amazon.

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. Peel and dice potatoes and onions and add to sprayed crock pot. I leave my onions in large pieces because not everyone likes them.
  3. Put beef roast on top, sprinkle with Adobo and add enough water to bottom of crock pot to cover potatoes.
  4. Cook on high about 4 hours or low about 6 hours.
  5. Slice meat and serve.
