Easy No Cook Homemade Ketchup

Easy No Cook Homemade Ketchup is delicious and easy!

Easy No Cook Homemade Ketchup just couldn’t be any easier!  When I decided I wanted to make our own ketchup, I looked and looked online for a recipe that was easy.  I just did not want to have to start with tomatoes and peel and cook them down. Ug.  Can’t it just be quick and easy?  Yes!!! It can!

This is especially great for a recipe that calls for ketchup, like Paleo Meatloaf.  It can also be canned so you can make it ahead and have a good supply of it.  It is so easy though, that you can make smaller batches when you need them just as well.  One thing about making it when you need it though; it really is much better when it has a chance to sit together for at least 24 hours for the flavors to blend.  Also, it is just so easy to pull a jar from the pantry and pop it open.  It just makes me feel good, too, when I pull it from the shelf and know that I made it. 🙂   The water added can vary whether you like it thicker or thinner.  This makes about 3 pints, depending on how much water you add.
