Lemon Herb Mayonnaise is the perfect topping for fish or salmon cakes!
This is the perfect topping for Gluten Free Salmon Cakes. It is also good on pretty much any fish or seafood cake recipe. Lemon Herb Mayonnaise is easy to mix up 5 minutes ahead of time or can be made several hours or the day before and refrigerated until needed. It is not recommended to freeze this because it has a mayonnaise base.
