Low Carb Beefy Cabbage Soup can be made on stove top or crock pot.

Low Carb Beefy Cabbage Soup is one of my go to recipes.  It is easy to make and freezes great to have on hand for an easy meal later or company.  It is one of those that are even better the next day.

I will sometimes make a double batch to can some up for the pantry.  Freezing is great but it has to be thawed and if it is canned, it can be grabbed off the shelf and is ready to go.  Pressure can at 10 lbs pressure; quarts 90 minutes and pints for 75 minutes.

You could make it in the crock pot too; just use half as much water.

  1. Gather ingredients.
  2. Cook ground beef with onion. Drain.
  3. Stir well and simmer for 30 minutes to 1 1/2 hours, depending on how thin your vegetables are diced. You can also cook it in the crock pot but use 2 cups of water.
  4. Serve.
