Low Carb Crock Pot Chicken & Cream Cheese Sauce is so easy! Add just 5 ingredients in the morning and add one more before serving to make the sauce. The sauce comes together while you make a vegetable and dinner is ready. One evening I forgot this was a crock pot meal and realized we were an hour from dinner and I had not started it that morning. Yikes, hate when that happens! I baked it in the oven at 400* for about 40 minutes and it was very good that way too. The crock pot did make the chicken more tender but it worked just fine. This makes a good amount of sauce that goes nicely on cooked vegetables too. It is pictured with Roasted Parmesan Asparagus.
Overall, I don’t recommend this book but we love this recipe that came from it. It is called Keto Slow Cooker Chicken & Garlic Butter but I think the cream cheese should be highlighted much more than the garlic. I modified it a bit too.
