Low Carb Not Breaded Chicken is a new staple in our house!
It isn’t easy being the one low carb eater in a family of full carbers. They want good food like they are used to and so does the one eating low carb. Low Carb Not Breaded Chicken fits the bill! It does not “feel” exactly like breadcrumbs would, but the flavor more than makes up for that. It really is delicious and very satisfying to all. This is a repeat dinner at our house. Low Carb Not Breaded Chicken is low carb and also gluten free! That makes it a handy recipe to have for company too!

The “breading” mixture is based on 3-2-1-Keto Breading. I added the seasonings we like for the chicken recipe. It could also be coated in egg before the “breading” instead of butter if you would prefer.
