Low Carb Pizza Crust

Low Carb Pizza Crust is delicious and filling!

When I went low carb, a lot of things were very easy but giving up pizza was NOT. I love pizza!   Low Carb Pizza Crust makes it all better. While it is not crispy or chewy like pizza, it totally satisfies my desire for pizza. This needs to be eaten with a fork but it tastes SO GOOD and smells SO GOOD while it cooks.  A pan of this lasts me several days and is easy to pull out for lunch (or breakfast!) the next day or two. This recipe is just for the crust. I recommend using this sauce recipe if you want a big batch or this one if you want to make a smaller one in the crock pot; it is delicious on it. Add whatever toppings you would when you make or order pizza.

Low Carb Pizza Crust
Instructions
  1. Gather your ingredients
  2. Add to mixing bowl
  3. With a hand mixer (or your hands) beat until combined.
  4. It won't be real smooth and that's OK.
  5. Spread on a WELL GREASED (important!) baking sheet
  6. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 23 minutes; just until it is lightly browned.
  7. Add your sauce
  8. And toppings; I added black olives, onions, peppers and mushrooms but remember that peppers and onions are not low carb. If you are strictly low carb, add more meats than vegetables.
  9. Add cheese; I added feta and mozzarella.
  10. Bake for another 10-15 minutes. You are just heating the toppings through and melting the cheese.
  11. Enjoy!
