Low Carb Pizza Crust is delicious and filling!
When I went low carb, a lot of things were very easy but giving up pizza was NOT. I love pizza! Low Carb Pizza Crust makes it all better. While it is not crispy or chewy like pizza, it totally satisfies my desire for pizza. This needs to be eaten with a fork but it tastes SO GOOD and smells SO GOOD while it cooks. A pan of this lasts me several days and is easy to pull out for lunch (or breakfast!) the next day or two. This recipe is just for the crust. I recommend using this sauce recipe if you want a big batch or this one if you want to make a smaller one in the crock pot; it is delicious on it. Add whatever toppings you would when you make or order pizza.
