Garlic Butter Red Potatoes are simple enough for every day and fancy enough for company. Just 5 ingredients to make this delicious side dish easy any time.

This is not a complicated recipe but really dresses up basic potatoes. We love garlic butter red potatoes any time.

They are delicious with Lemon Herb Baked Fish, Grilled Marinated London Broil or Coconut Buttermilk Southwestern Chicken.

Really, they dress up any plain meat very nicely.

These measurements are just guidelines. Put on as much or as little of the extras as you like.

I don’t usually peel red potatoes but I do cut out any eyes or blemishes.
