Directions:

Wash, remove any blemishes and cut potatoes into chunks. Peel if you want but it is not necessary.

Bring potatoes to boil then reduce heat to simmer for 15-20 minutes until soft. It will depend on how big you have them cut.

  • 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp parsley

Instructions

Wash, remove any blemishes and cut potatoes into chunks. Peel if you
want but it is not necessary.
