First, let’s establish the difference between “meal” and “flour”.

The pecan or almond meal is great for pancakes like Buckwheat Pecan Pancakes, (recipe coming soon) or the almond meal for adding to Paleo Meatloaf or Low Carb Not Breaded Chicken.
How to Make it:
Get a Food processor and pecans or almonds

Add nuts to processor

Don’t add too many at a time so they have room to move. It just works better that way.

Give it a minute or two. Check to see how it is and give it another go if you need to until it is the consistency you like.
Store in a cool, dry place. The refrigerator is a great place.
