Low Carb Gluten Free Sausage Balls

Low Carb Gluten Free Sausage Balls

Low Carb Gluten Free Sausage Balls are a great breakfast, snack or appetizer! Only 7 ingredients, 1 net carb and ready in just over 30 minutes!

We love to eat Low Carb Gluten Free Sausage Balls for breakfast. They are also a great snack or appetizer for parties, games, tailgating or any get together.

These are a great all purpose dish for anyone in your group. Even those not concerned with carbs or gluten (bless their hearts!) love these. Keto Sausage Pizza Bites are another one of our favorites!

These are not something you eat because you can’t have the good stuff. These ARE the good stuff!

It makes it easy too, that the sausage does not need to be precooked. Mix the raw sausage with everything else and into the oven it goes. So nice and easy!

I make a double or even triple batch and freeze the extras so I can pull them out for easy meals or snacks later. No one knows they have been frozen!

My very favorite time for these is traveling. We carry these and hardboiled eggs in the cooler and eat them for breakfast as we roll.

They also make a great meal prep breakfast item for a quick, to-go breakfast during the week. Put them into containers or baggies and they are ready to go.

I made these last year and they were so delicious! I need to make them a couple of hours ahead and was wondering if they would get soggy if I put them in a crock pot to stay warm after baking?

Hi Mary Beth, I'm glad you liked these! I don't think the crock pot would be a good idea for them though. Yes, I think they would be soggy. I am sure you could have them mixed up several hours ahead of time and pop them in the oven at the last minute. Or if they must be cooked ahead, they warm in the microwave well. Just don't overdo it. I hope that helps!
