Crock Pot Steak Fajitas
Not your normal crock pot steak and peppers dish!
(or london broil works fine too)
low sodium soy sauce
7 oz can
chopped bell peppers
Gather your ingredients.
Combine chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper and sprinkle over steak.
Rub spices into meat well.
Put steak into greased crock pot.
Add soy sauce, chilis, garlic, peppers and onions. (My peppers and onions were even still a little frozen.)
Cook on high 5-6 hours or low 8-10.
Shred meat with 2 forks and combine all together.
Serve on soft flour tortilla with cream cheese, sour cream, avocado, lime, cilantro or hot peppers.
For a low carb option, serve in a bowl with any of the listed toppings.
