Keto Pork Tenderloin with Radishes

Keto Pork Tenderloin with Radishes

Keto Pork Tenderloin with Radishes is just 3 ingredients in the crock pot for a simple, flavorful dinner ready when you are! Also Paleo, Whole 30, Dairy and Gluten Free and only 3 net carbs!

This dinner takes just a few minutes to put in the crock pot in the morning and it is ready when you are later. You certainly can’t beat the simplicity of 3 ingredients and some water! The only work to prepare Keto Pork Tenderloin with Radishes is trimming the radishes and that is quickly done.

The Radishes

I have only started cooking radishes in the past couple of years. Before that I had never considered it! What?!? I thought they were only for a spicy addition to salads but no, they take on a whole new life when cooked.

In this recipe, they are soft and not spicy or radish-y at all. They take on the delicious flavor of the roast and the onion soup mix. It is quite amazing, really.

The Soup Mix

I use Homemade Onion Soup Mix for this recipe. I know it has no added fillers, carbs and chemicals that way. If you have basic herbs and spices on hand, you can easily mix this up in just a few minutes.

This is very good with green beans on the side or even added to the crock pot. Add them about an hour before serving unless you don’t mind them very soft.
