Zucchini Noodles Parmesan is quick and easy to whip up to go with dinner. It is especially easy if you have your zoodles already made.
Did you know you can freeze zoodles!? That makes this VERY simple to make.
It is delicious too!
The biggest tip for cooking zoodles is to not cook them too long. They can get mushy.
It takes just 3-5 minutes to make them just right. And that is one thing I love about making them; they cook up perfectly so quickly!
This is a great side dish when you want something very quick to pull together to go with something that is already ready to eat like a crock pot meal (see 44 low carb & Keto ideas here) or an easy side to go with a grilled meal (see 57 low carb & Keto ideas here).

2 medium zucchini
4 Tbsp butter
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
½ cup parmesan cheese
Make zucchini into noodles.
Melt butter in a frying pan over medium high heat.
Add zucchini noodles, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Cook noodles until tender; just 3-4 minutes. It does not take long.
Add cheese and toss to coat with the noodles.

This is what I use to make my zucchini noodles. I have used it for a long time and really like it!
- 1 lb zucchini, peeled (2 medium)
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup parmesan cheese
- Peel zucchini and make into noodles.
- Melt butter in a frying pan over medium high heat.
- Add zucchini noodles, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Cook noodles until tender; just 3-4 minutes. It does not take long.
- Add cheese and toss to coat with the noodles.
- Serve hot.
