Zucchini Noodles Parmesan

Zucchini Noodles Parmesan

Zucchini Noodles Parmesan is only 4 main ingredients, 4 net carbs and ready in less than 20 minutes! It is also Keto, low carb, gluten free & Vegetarian!!

It is important to have easy to prepare recipes to pull together a meal every single night. This is one of them!

Zucchini Noodles Parmesan is quick and easy to whip up to go with dinner. It is especially easy if you have your zoodles already made.

Did you know you can freeze zoodles!? That makes this VERY simple to make.

It is delicious too!

The biggest tip for cooking zoodles is to not cook them too long. They can get mushy.

It takes just 3-5 minutes to make them just right. And that is one thing I love about making them; they cook up perfectly so quickly!

Do you have to cook the noodles or can I serve as a cold salad

Cindy

Hi Heather, We like this recipe cooked in the butter just a little bit so they are hot and the butter and cheese is melted into the zucchini noodles. Lots of people eat zucchini noodles without cooking them and in a cold salad though so you may very well like them that way. Maybe use olive oil instead of butter if you do that. Let me know if you try it like that and how you like it! (If you try it and don't care for it, you could always throw it into a pan for a few minutes and sautรฉ them a bit after trying them.) :)
