Freezer Chicken Cacciatore Low Carb! Gluten Free! Dairy Free! Paleo!

Freezer Chicken Cacciatore is an easy freezer meal to assemble, cooked in the crock pot, low carb, gluten free, dairy free and paleo!

Freezer Chicken Cacciatore is one of the freezer chicken recipes I always like to have in the freezer.

It is slightly spicy, hearty and flavorful.

I cook rice on the side for those who want it but it is plenty good as its own low carb self.

If you don’t like spicy, change the diced tomatoes with green chilies to just plain diced tomatoes.
