Low Carb Hamburger Pie

Low Carb Hamburger Pie

Low Carb Hamburger Pie is easy to make, great for meal prep and something the whole family will like!

Low Carb Hamburger Pie is a satisfying low carb meal that is easy to put together and reheats well.

Leftovers are great the next day for lunch!

This is a perfect meal prep recipe to be made ahead for the week or even frozen ahead.

Serve with mustard and low carb ketchup and a salad for a family friendly meal kids and adults both love.

I adjusted the recipe from White Castle Hamburger Pie to fill a 9X13 baking dish instead of a small pie pan.  We love the leftovers from this so that was just not enough.

I also use homemade onion soup mix.  It is very easy to mix up, cheaper and better for us too.

The pan you see in the pictures is traveling with us on vacation so we have a home cooked, yummy meal to eat away from home. 🙂

Can you freeze then cook later. I browned the hamburger already

Hi Mar, I would not freeze the uncooked pie because of the mayonnaise and eggs in it but I have frozen it after cooking and that works great.
