How To Cook Butternut Squash

How To Cook Butternut Squash; an easy step by step guide with pictures. Learn how to easily cook a squash in your oven that will turn out perfectly every time.

Does a big, hard squash make you wonder what in the world to do with it?  This is an easy way to cook butternut squash.

Butternut squash is a great thing to grow in the garden.  It usually produces well and is easy to keep for months by simply storing it in a dry, cool place.  It is also easy to cook and freezes well.

I love to have small containers of this all cooked up and ready to thaw and serve as a side dish through the winter. It can be frozen with or without the butter; however you like it.

It is shown here with Low Carb Hamburger Pie.
