Keto Cheesy Broccoli Ham Casserole: It takes only 40 mins to have this family pleasing casserole together and it is only 7 net carbs!
If you are looking for a great way to use leftover ham or just want a great ham dish, Keto Cheesy Broccoli Ham Casserole is just the ticket!
Ham and broccoli are already great together.
Add three kinds of cheese and some cream and all of those flavors blend together so smoothly for a hearty, family pleasing meal.
The size you chop the ham and broccoli is your preference; it doesn’t really matter. We prefer them to be bite size for easy eating.
The Ham in the casserole:
We don’t always wait until we have leftover ham. We make it a point to have this meal on purpose! I often buy a canned ham just for this recipe. It is also perfect when we have leftovers after a big meal of Simple Keto Ham with Fancy Dipping Sauces.
The Broccoli:
I start with frozen broccoli because it is usually cheaper and easy to keep on hand but you could use fresh if you like. Either way, just cook until tender before adding to the casserole.
