Keto Spicy Sweet Mustard

Keto Spicy Sweet Mustard

Keto Spicy Sweet Mustard; Dipping Sauce that will make your taste buds sing and with less than 2/3 of a carb per 2 Tbsp serving!

You will want to add Keto Spicy Sweet Mustard to your regular go-to condiments. It is super easy and quick to mix up so just make a big batch and it will be ready to go for a while.

I am serving ham for Easter this year and wanted some dips to serve with it because I am not going to cook it with a bunch of sweet stuff.

Mustard is the first to come to mind and I did not find any recipes online that looked like what we wanted.

I started mixing and invited my adult sons over for some taste testing. They are pros. This passed mustard—um muster!

Hop on over to Simple Keto Ham with Fancy Dipping Sauces for the ham recipe and more sauces. You won’t want to miss out on this one!

This would technically be a “dirty” Keto recipe because I used Hellmann’s mayonnaise but you could certainly keep it clean by using whatever brand you like. The other ingredients are clean.

The Frank’s makes it a little bit tangy. If you like it more or less tangy, use more or less to taste. Frank’s is great because it has no carbs. Yay for Frank’s!

You could even omit the Frank’s if you don’t want it spicy; or do half and half if you have some that just like it sweet.

Nutrition

The only carbs in this entire recipe are less than 4 in the mayonnaise (in the Hellmann’s brand I used; your brand may be different) and 8 of sugar alcohols from the Erythritol in the Pyure. If you count net carbs you will subtract those, as they do not raise blood sugar.

Could I use other sweetener?

I used Pyure but you can use any sweetener that you like. You could also adjust it to your liking.

If you are Paleo, use honey.

The Carbs:

This makes about ¾ cup, which is 12 Tablespoons of mustard so if you get six servings of 2 Tablespoons, each serving will be less than .6 of a net carb! That is really good for a dip so enjoy! 🙂
