The Fish

Any fish can be used.  I have used salmon, tilapia, cod and flounder so far. They have all been great!

Cooking Time

This can be put together in just minutes.

Be aware that different types of fish need different cooking times and you don’t want to over cook your fish.  Rubbery fish is just no good. 🙁

Salmon will take longer than most white fish. The best thing to do is to read the package your fish came in. That will tell you how long to cook it.

The Toppings

I put measurements on the toppings but they are all a “to taste” measurement.  If you like something more or less or not at all, adjust it to the way you like it.  I just give them all a good sprinkle over the fish. These basic ingredients are our favorite combination for fish.

In the pictures below, I made the recipe with 1 pound of cod and 1 pound of salmon for variety. Some of us prefer white fish but my husband loves salmon so I make that for him any chance I get. 🙂
