Parmesan Ranch Chicken Freezer Meal is a Low Carb, Gluten Free Freezer Meal, Moist, Delicious and only four ingredients!
We love Parmesan Ranch Chicken Freezer Meal!
It is moist and delicious and so easy; both on preparation day and cooking day.
Each breast is wrapped in plastic wrap before putting them into a freezer bag so it is simple to pull out just one serving or however many you need.
They are ready to lay in a baking dish and bake.
They can even be frozen after cooking and simply reheated when needed.
You can totally skip the freezing step if you wish. I often make them and just cook them all or cook some for dinner and freeze some too.
This is my favorite chicken recipe!
I love it for dinner. I love it leftover for lunch on a salad or as a meal prep main item.
It is so tasty and can go with many different options.
These directions say to cook for 45-60 minutes but they are very big pieces. If you are short on time (or hungry!) cut them into strips or even nuggets and they will cook faster.
Strips will cook in more like 25-30 minutes and nuggets in more like 15-20 minutes, depending on size of course.
I often cut my pieces smaller but you will need a bit more of the cheese and ranch mixture because you are covering more area.
I make this recipe with Homemade Ranch Dressing Mix.
