Creamy Broccoli Cauliflower Salad A lot like Amish Salad but without the sugar!

Creamy Broccoli Cauliflower Salad is a lot like Amish Salad but without the sugar!

We love broccoli and cauliflower so I wanted to try some Creamy Broccoli Cauliflower Salad.

I did not want the sweetness that most have so left out the sweetener and we loved it! There is a sweetener option in this recipe for those who want it but we don’t think it is needed at all.

This is delicious!

I used real crumbled precooked bacon from a bag and that made it so easy.

Of course freshly cooked bacon would be even better. It calls for 1/4 cup but add more if you want.

You can totally use all cauliflower or all broccoli. Use whatever you like as long as it is 4 cups total.

This makes about 6 1/2 cups of salad.

This recipe is adapted from Low Carb Maven.
