Creamy Broccoli Cauliflower Salad is a lot like Amish Salad but without the sugar! Only 3 net carbs and 20 minutes to prep!
We love broccoli and cauliflower so I wanted to try some Creamy Broccoli Cauliflower Salad.
I did not want the sweetness that most have so left out the sweetener and we loved it! There is a sweetener option in this recipe for those who want it but we don’t think it is needed at all.
This is delicious!
I used real crumbled precooked bacon from a bag and that made it so easy.
Of course freshly cooked bacon would be even better. It is very easy to cook bacon in the microwave. It calls for 1/4 cup but add more if you want.
You can totally use all cauliflower or all broccoli. Use whatever you like as long as it is 4 cups total.
This makes about 6 1/2 cups of salad.

I love this salad (or my rendition). My family truly does beg for it at pitch-ins. I have put various things in mine but always diced red onions, and chopped tomatoes, so good with the mayo dressing! I sprinkle Parmesan on top and of course the bacon. Yours looks so good.. its a wonderful salad!
