Can Lettuce Wraps Be Made Ahead of Time?
You don’t want to make them too far in advance like a week’s worth of meal prep. However, if you pack one in your lunch of the day, it will be just fine for that.
Can Lettuce Wraps Be Frozen?
No. Lettuce does not hold up to freezing. Nor does the tomato.
What is the Best Type of Lettuce to Use for Lettuce Wraps?
Those with big leaves are best. Iceberg, Butter, Red or Green Leaf Lettuce or Romaine have the biggest leaves.
I usually use Iceberg.
