We chose Simple Keto Ham with Fancy Dipping Sauces for the main course of our Easter Dinner. Other popular dishes are prime rib, lamb, baked or grilled salmon or roasted chicken.

We chose twice baked cauliflower casserole but you could also have mashed cauliflower much like potatoes.

We chose creamy broccoli cauliflower salad but you could also have loaded cauliflower mock potato salad.

As usual, I was the only one that was low carb but all of the food on the table was from this list. Everyone totally enjoyed their meal and filled their plates full. This food is plenty “normal” and totally delicious!
