We chose Simple Keto Ham with Fancy Dipping Sauces for the main course of our Easter Dinner. Other popular dishes are prime rib, lamb, baked or grilled salmon or roasted chicken.
We chose twice baked cauliflower casserole but you could also have mashed cauliflower much like potatoes.
We chose creamy broccoli cauliflower salad but you could also have loaded cauliflower mock potato salad.

As usual, I was the only one that was low carb but all of the food on the table was from this list. Everyone totally enjoyed their meal and filled their plates full. This food is plenty “normal” and totally delicious!

This was our main dish and just what we hoped for in our Easter ham!
This creamy Twice Baked Cauliflower Casserole went perfectly with the ham; mmm, bacon too!
Asparagus is always a welcome fresh, spring addition to our Easter meal and this is our favorite recipe.
Well, deviled eggs are a must for Easter and these really are the best.
Crisp and fresh, we all had a good serving of this!
My Grammy made wonderful cole slaw but it was not low carb. This recipe is delicious and easy to mix up.

We did not have spinach this time but it is one of our favorite holiday meal sides, especially if I need to take something with me as a guest.

These were very good and lemony! A perfect Easter/spring dessert.
These took a little extra time to make but were worth it to have peanut butter eggs for my Easter table.
