I always make a double batch to have leftovers to put over other things later in the week. It will keep in the refrigerator for several days.

Will Easy Homemade Alfredo Sauce freeze?
Will it freeze? Well, yes, it WILL freeze but it will separate. It can be whisked well and warmed and still taste just fine but won’t look quite right. I have done it but it would be a personal preference.

I saw this makes 10 servings, but there is no weight or measurement for one serving, do you know how much one serving is?

Hi Catherine! I am sorry for the delay in answering and for omitting that. The recipe makes about 5 cups so 10 servings would be about 1/2 cup each. I added that to the post. Thanks! Joy

Hi Shirley, I am sorry you are having trouble! I just tried to print this one and it worked fine for me. I just don't know what the problem could be. With us using different computers/phones, printers and internets, it is impossible to tell from here. Is it more than one recipe you are having trouble with? I would be happy to email you at the address you provided with the document if you would like.
