Using my crock pot is one of my favorite time savers in the kitchen. When I can find Low Carb Keto Crock Pot Recipes with less than 5 Ingredients, I feel like I have really hit the jackpot!
What could be easier? Drop fewer than 5 things into the crock pot in the morning and by evening, the main course of dinner is ready! Yippee!!
I am slow to the party of instapots. Yes, I see how cool it is to cook food really fast. I am coming around to the idea.
I am just really stuck on having food ready when coming in the door; not still having to prepare and cook it—even fast. Like I said, I am getting there. I may have an instapot yet but I still really love my crock pot.
I love the feeling all day that dinner is pretty much ready.

Water and salt and pepper are not counted in the number of ingredients as they are so basic. Garnishes and optional ingredients are also not included.
A little about the recipes:
The meats do not need to be seared or cooked ahead either; just drop them in! The meatballs do need to be rolled but it really does not take long; maybe 10 minutes.

Five 2 ingredient “recipes”
These will all be your normal “Cook on low 6-8 hours or high 4-6 hours”. Just add amounts to your liking.
If you need nutrition information, you will need to add what you put in to your favorite nutrition calculator.
You could also just simply calculate, for example, the size pork roast divided by how many servings you got and add the nutrition from the label on the sauerkraut label from the can(s) you used. I have done it that way many times if I have only a few ingredients.
