Skillet Chicken Florentine is a gluten free, low carb delicious one skillet dinner with 6 simple ingredients and ready in just over 30 minutes!

One of our favorite meals is Skillet Chicken Florentine. You need only a skillet and 6 simple ingredients to make this delicious meal!

We all like spinach and chicken and we all REALLY like creamy, cheesy sauce on anything. This is all of that.

This makes a lot so half the recipe if you want.

I make a big batch in the pictures because it is wonderful warmed up for lunch the next day. See the video for a single batch.

I love that it is made in one skillet. Who has time to wash a bunch of pots and pans, anyway?

For that matter, if you HAD time, who WANTS to?! Not me!

This electric skillet is so easy to wash too. I love this thing!
