Homemade Italian Sausage

Homemade Italian Sausage is made with simple seasonings and ground pork. No Nitrates and No Sugar! Keto, Low Carb, Paleo, Whole 30, Dairy & Gluten Free!

When we were able to get half of a pig for our freezer, I had to figure out how to use all of that wonderful meat! Homemade Italian Sausage was a great thing to do with the ground pork!

It is easy to do ahead too, and put in the freezer to use later for any sausage recipe like:

Scrambled Egg Muffins

Mushroom Spinach Frittata

Low Carb Egg Roll in a Bowl

Low Carb Egg Cauliflower Casserole

Sausage Zucchini Soup

Low Carb Gluten Free Sausage Balls

Keto Sausage Vegetable Breakfast Bowl

Keto Sausage Pizza Bites

When the meat is cooked and ready to go, those recipes and many others, are so quick and easy! And who doesn’t like a quick and easy meal? I know I do!
