This quick Chicken salad is such an easy recipe to pull together, even at the last minute, and most people like it.
It is great for potlucks, to take to work or school or when you have company or family to feed for lunch.
This is only 3 ingredients. If you don’t like onion, substitute chopped pickle or relish.
It does taste better when made a few hours or the day ahead to blend the flavors but that is not necessary.
I am giving you a basic recipe.
Chopped hard cooked eggs are also a good addition and will add protein and make them more filling. If you add egg, you will also want more mayonnaise to keep it creamy.
