Premier Protein Chia Pudding is cool, creamy and less than 3 net carbs and takes only a few minutes to put together!
Premier Protein Chia Pudding is a delicious breakfast, snack or even dessert. It is a good source of both protein and fiber but very low in carbs.
Chia seeds are so good for you. A tablespoon is 5 carbs but also 5 grams of fiber so 0 net carbs! Yay! The chocolate Premier shakes are 2 net carbs and Hershey’s cocoa powder is less than 1 per Tablespoon so this is a great, low carb pudding.
Premier Protein shakes are one of my very favorite snack, meal replacement of pick-me-up. They are delicious! My favorite way to drink the shakes is after putting them in the freezer for about 20 minutes. They are slushy and so cold. Mmm, Mmmmm! Chocolate is my favorite flavor by far.
This super simple pudding is so quick and easy to mix up. Make it before you go to bed and it will be ready to grab and go in the morning. Eat it before you leave in the morning or take it with you for your break time!

Just wanted to say - I had a thought to try this but didn't know what measurements to use. So thank you so much for this - it's good! Tonight I made it again, and I threw some powdered peanut butter & chocolate in there too - Hope it's delicious!! I might try the caramel sometime, my wife and I finally got to try a couple and they were delicious!!
