Spicy Keto Deviled Eggs are our Best Deviled Eggs Recipe with a Kick! For those who like it with a little heat. Only 5 ingredients and 1 carb for 2 halves!
We love eggs at our house prepared just about any way and deviled eggs are a favorite. Frank’s Red-Hot sauce is also a favorite at our house so it just makes sense that the two would come together. Meet Spicy Keto Deviled Eggs.
Frank’s Red-Hot sauce
When I started eating Keto and started checking labels of every single thing, I was so happy to see that my Frank’s Red-Hot passed with flying colors. Ingredients: aged cayenne red peppers, distilled vinegar, water, salt and garlic powder. Nutrition facts: 0 carbs Thank you, Franks!
The bottle says, “The perfect blend of flavor and heat” and that is what it is. It really does just have a good flavor. My kids have been eating this sauce since they were in their high chairs. We all love it.
Spicy Keto Deviled Eggs is not meant to be a “burn your face off” recipe. It is just supposed to be a nice spicy flavor.
If you want a spicier egg:
Add as much cayenne powder as you wish to the tops or even into the mixture before adding it back into the egg whites. I don’t recommend adding too much more Frank’s to the mixture as it could get too runny. You could get away with a bit more but just be aware of that.
