With fall and cooler weather here, it is so nice to have the oven on and supper cooking in the oven.
I love casseroles because while they are cooking, I can clean up the rest of the preparation dishes. After we eat, only what we just used needs to be cleaned up. Boy, that is nice!
We almost always have leftovers–yay, leftovers! (read meal prep)–so the casserole dish needs only a lid and put into the refrigerator.
