Walmart Grab and Go Low Carb Keto Items; Forgot your lunch? Need a snack? Here is a list so you can grab and go!

Let’s face it; even with the best of intentions and careful planning, sometimes we run out of time in the morning to pack our lunch or just forget to grab it on the way out the door. Sometimes we are kept away from home longer than we planned and need to grab something. These Walmart Grab and Go Low Carb Keto Items ideas should help. The goal is to give you ideas so you can go in quickly, grab what you need and be on your way.

Here is my disclaimer about this list; it is always best to eat real food. It is best to prepare food ahead of time and have it ready. For the times that is just not possible, this list will be a help. There ARE ingredients in some of these items that we should not eat too often. I went solely by carb counts when finding these. Many of these are great; the canned meat, precut vegetables, hard boiled eggs, cheese, nuts, pickles, and olives are real food and ready to grab and eat.

I included the nutrition labels so you can see ahead of time whether it is something you want or not. Most packaged foods will have ingredients that some may feel are fine and others won’t. I have saved you from standing in the store to read every label. You are welcome. 🙂 Who has time for that, anyway?

These are items I found in my Walmart. Not every Walmart will have exactly the same things but it will be a good start of what to look for, anyway. I chose Walmart because most have a Walmart nearby. If you don’t, your store may very well have at least some of these items. Once again, you will have a good idea of where to start. I hope this is helpful!

Many of these would also be great to keep in your desk drawer or purse for when you need them!

    1. You are correct that added sugar is not Keto friendly. Because so many do lazy keto, dirty keto, etc or low carb, I did include them. Many people simply count carbs. That is why I also included the nutrition labels so it would be easy to see ahead of time what fits for each person.

  1. I like that you showed all the options here whether or not it’s “keto friendly”. Some people appreciate it.

  2. Thank you for this! I admit it, I’m one of the “lazy keto folks”. However, I have lost 52# since July so I’m pretty sure it works for me 😉. It’s kind of funny to see the items… I actually got new ideas of new things to grab. My husband and I usually go to the deli and get a half pound of meat and a half pound of cheese to eat on the way home from shopping. 😊 Thanks again!

    1. Wow, Denise! Lazy Keto is obviously working very well for you! Great job! I am glad you found some new ideas. The deli meat and cheese is great too!
