None of these 53 Cool Low Carb Keto Recipes for Hot Weather require running the oven or standing over the stove for long periods. Some may use some short cooking times with a skillet on the stove but they are in their own section so if you don’t want those, avoid them.
It is hot outside! The idea here is to keep cool!

There are no long cook times in this post. Some quick cooking recipes are included, as they don’t heat up the kitchen too much.
Crock pot/Slow Cooker/Instapot:
These are great for hot days. If you have a garage you can safely put it in to cook, that keeps the heat out of the kitchen too. I have done that many times. I especially like to make something that will cook enough for a few meals, which allows for zero cooking the next day(s).
Often, it is easy to make what I call a nibble platter. It is quick to assemble, easy to pack if needed, and simple to eat if you need to keep moving. Here are some examples of nibble platters or nibble containers if they are to go.
Lunchmeat, leftover meat, pepperoni; roll lunchmeat around cheese slices or string cheese, Egg Salad, Tuna Salad or Chicken Salad, Lettuce, bell peppers, celery, cherry tomato, cucumbers for dipping into Ranch Dressing or Guacamole, String cheese, Babybel, or Laughing Cow cheese, avocado, celery or cucumber with cream cheese and everything but the bagel seasoning, pickles, olives, hard boiled eggs, Deviled Eggs, Red Beet Eggs or Pickled Green Beans, nuts (not too many), berries (not too many); the combinations are endless for a variety of cool meals that are quick and easy to assemble and enjoyable and satisfying to eat.
